Bullet steals time from me !

Please check my previous games i’ve been noticing the whenever i play bullet Time is running out faster than it should! like i’ve tried to pre-move every single move whether it’s bad or good and i still lost on time ! although my opponents is not playing as fast as me they think of moves for a bit then moves while i been pre moving and still lost on time ! how is that even possible!!
