Bullet Time Lag

Hello,

I've been experiencing a frustrating issue while playing bullet games. After I make a move, I sometimes hear the opponent’s move sound, but I don't see the actual move on the board until 2–3 seconds later by which time my clock has already ticked down significantly. It's almost like I'm playing with half of the time, which makes it impossible to play at my true level.

This lag is making the games feel extremely unfair. I end up playing against much lower-rated players just to compensate for the time loss, but even then, the delay often costs me the game.

I should note that my internet connection is mostly stable, and I don’t face this issue on other sites or online games. I often don't even hear the move sound, but I can see the time dropping suddenly. It’s as if the opponent’s spent time is getting subtracted from my clock. Could this be a browser issue? Cookies? Cache? Or is it something else?

Has anyone else experienced this kind of problem? Any suggestions on how do I fix it? This issue makes bullet unplayable.

(11th move Qe5+) This move was almost a premove but I the sound appeared almost 6 seconds late and my time lowered dramaticly this is just basic tactic move you cannot expect me to do it in 6 seconds after I have played the knight capture move. This happens a lot not 6 seconds but all games I have played had this issue and most of the time my opponent seems to spend time like 2-3 second after they move the time scala changes they now have +1 second more (at least) and I usually have -1 or -2 start after every move my opponent does (sometimes its -3 or -6 just like today's case) which drives me mad. because in end games so many people just premoves and many times my premoves doesnt work fine and fast as theirs. How can I solve this problem?

I had the same problem in the past, and today it happened to me 2 times. I changed browsers firefox and chrome without success.
