thank you for leting me know martin stahl
It seems my account has been banned from varients. The most screwed up part ( beyond the fact that I have not violated any rules) is that chess.com member support won’t even pay me th respect of stating why I have been banned. It interesting because it confirms the bias on this site. The fact is, I have not violated any rules, so chess.com can’t actually explain why they have banned me from the variant area of the sight. Instead, the pay chose to selectively enforce some expanded version of their published rules. I don’t cheat, I don’t abuse anyone, and I don’t chat about coordinating with any players. If this site has some problem with how I play, then you should explain what rule I’m being accused of violating before you ban my user. Just banning me because some players don’t like how I play is as completely biased.

And to David’s point about “Owning” what you did or apologizing, I would say it’s pretty hard to own something when the people at your company don’t say what I did wrong….but yet you still keep taking my money. And will not respond to my request for a refund. Feels like a scam.

I'm not a moderator any more, but banning from a specific piece of functionality is definitely not standard. How do you know it's a ban and not a bug of some sort? And how did you go about contacting member support - if you went through Help -> Report a Bug, you should have received an email acknowledgement: if you don't recall seeing that, check the spam folder. They always respond and don't just ignore you, although it can take a few days if it's particularly busy. And unless things have changed recently, the only bias they have is against people who violate the Terms of Service lol

Help > Report a bug doesn't provide an email reply normally, unless they need more information or it's gets transferred to support. A support ticket, still should.
@DavidCarne, if the problem is you're getting a message that you're banned, the /variants side of the site is handled by its own team of devs and admins, as I understand it. If you put in a support ticket, they should forward that to that group, as far as I'm aware, but otherwise can't see why someone may be banned.
my friend rjndsnfekn just got banned and i what to know can he come back from his account
Chess.com support should be more help. Although no one can stop banned players from making new accounts.
