Can I Create myself chess puzzles?

You click the board icon in the post/blog/comment editor box on the website, set up the position, make the moves and click the puzzle check-box under the Theme tab. The screenshots in the link above are a little off but it isn't too hard to figure out.

Can I create chess puzzles myself? I'd like to computer on chess.com do the moves what i prepared. Is it possible?
