Can not see live broadcasts

Hello,
When trying to view a live broadcast, the following happens:
1. The flash plugin starts and loads for a while.
2. I get a message: "The channel owner has prohibited viewing from this web page".
Since I have paid for a diamond membership, I think I should be allowed to see the broadcasts?
