Can someone help me?

I was playing the game below as Black, and suddenly a message appeared saying "anbandon," so I thought my opponent had resigned. Then I realized it was me who had resigned, even though I hadn't resigned and was thinking about my next move. What should I do, or what can be done? Why is this unfair?

I'm outraged! Just when I was so dedicated to training tactics and earning points, they suddenly take points away from me. Why? This isn't fair! This needs to be fixed!

Wow, this site prides itself so much on fair play, and then they do this to me? It's not fair! I understand that mistakes happen, but it's very unpleasant and frustrating!

It must have been a loss of internet connection. It doesn't show your time going down much, about 30 seconds.

To me it's clear that it's a bug, my internet is great, 600 Mbps fiber optic.

It's not a bug. You got disconnected from the live server you were connected to.

You lost after 30 seconds had elapsed from your opponent's last move, which is correct for a 5|0 game.
