I know that PayPal is an option but it says that I have to enter a credit card to use PayPal as well. Could you walk me through how to pay completely without a credit card or bank or is that not possible?

I believe it's required since all memberships are subscriptions and to get a subscription, PayPal requires a linked account with the ability for future payments.
However, the site recently allowed the ability of giving gifts without needing an account. So you could probably log out, use the gift option, and pay with PayPal as long as you have sufficient funds, and since it's not a subscription, it won't need the ability to renew.
