canceling my free trial

i recently did a trial premium membership but now i dont want it. i tried to cancel it twice but my acount still shows a diamond icon. how do i ensure that i wont be charged if i cancelled within ten days?

              Make sure there's no money on your card. Insufficient funds will cancel the auto re-new.

thanx. what if there is funds but not enough, will they take some if they cant get all?
