Go to:
http://www.chess.com/blog/post
Enter a character with a few blank lines followed by another character.
Click on the empty line between the characters.
Click on the youtube editing button at the top of the Body box.
Paste the embed code in the dialog box:
Click OK.
Then select and copy the video.
Paste it to whatever post you wish it to appear in.
Post comment.
Refresh browser.

Surely chess.com can do better than this !!!!
I think with all these alternative methods Staff may think its ok...

Thank you for posting that workaround. Could you help me understand this part of it?
When you say "select the video", copy it and then paste it wherever you want to post it,
do you mean to right click the video to cause the menu to appear and then select the copy video url or copy video embed code?
(Neither option worked for me and when I just clicked on the video it only began to play and didn't allow it to be "selected" or copied in any other way than the menu offering the 2 choices of either copy video url or copy embed code.)
I somehow got the video to post on my blog but then couldn't transfer it to my forum post.
I've just reported this properly but it might help if some other people did the same..
