Cannot login on iPad

I am no longer able to login to my account using my iPad.  There are no problems on my iPhone or laptop, only my iPad.  When I try to login, the app closes and disappears.  I have deleted the app and re-installed, but the same thing happens when I try to log in.  My brother is able to log into his account using the same iPad, which makes no sense!  Only my account causes the problem.

What happens when you try to log on? Does it say your username/password is incorrect? Or are you getting a different error message.

There is no error message.  The app just closes after trying to login for a couple of seconds.  I then have to re-install the app for a different login to work.

I finally fixed the problem.  It was an iCloud Keychain password issue.  I had to delete the stored password on the Mac and not just the iPad.

You might try installing the newest version of the app.
