I think this site might be a bit biased against Microsoft. They still don't have the chess.com app for windows mobile 8. That would have prevented the problem you had altogether.

We just bought a surface for my son so that he can play chess games. But it is very frustrated that the piece can't be captured using toucn. From what I heard from Microsoft, it is very to solve this issue, by following the directions on . to update your website.
Could you please solve this issue as soon as possible? Your notification of this fix would be hightly appreciated.
