Have you checked your internet? Because that's always the problem for me. Also it might be an idea to clear you cookies on your computer (not saying that anyone has hacked it). Also it might be your computer is struggling because it's got lots of documents and photos/videos taking up lots of space. Hope this helps!

Hmmm that's interesting. My laptop did used to have a struggle when I was on a Lego website and was trying to build a model. The reason was that a few different computers were on the go and all the internet was being seeped up. My brothers were also on the website too. Does your brother play at the same time as you? Or anyone else? That may be why it's not being able to keep going. Is your computer an older addition too?

Hello Guys
I can't seem to respond to any daily chess.com games at the moment and never can my brother who is on a different account. I also can't play any live chess. It works with iPad and phone but not computer. Does anyone know what is going on? Maybe a server issue. I just can't seem to connect and just get the three pulsing grey squares. Also when i hover over the "connect" drop down menu nothing comes up.
