I have the same problem and mine is a refund. I actually cancelled the subscription but possibly too late and it took my money several days late. I haven't even used the account for over 6 months so was never going to renew.

Yeah unfortunately I forgot to cancel my free weekly subscription, some important events happened that had my attention elsewhere but it's still my fault. Normally I wouldn't be bummed but it made me renew a yearly membership instead of a monthly one so -£100 gone and I haven't used my account since just in case.
I'm just a bit worried because I have some billing issues and it's been trying to contact them for 2 weeks. Emails don't work. I've used the bot 3 times and they keep telling me that they've forwarded to the billing team. It also mentions to reply to previous conversation but that doesn't work because "conversation has ended" for all messages. What else can I do? Many thanks.
