I have the same problem. iOS 10.3.4 on iPad and iPhone.

I have the EXACT SAME PROBLEM?!? I've been playing one minute, three minute, and five minute games on my iPad for 3 or 4 years. No problem until last night: 03-28-21...I don't know what operating system I have but the iPad was purchased new in 2016. Is this a chess.com issue or an issue with the iPad? Does anybody know?

Hi. Just an update, I've manually installed the APP over the existing one thought Google Play and it now works, it's an updated APP apparently, with different layout, more mobile and less tablet, but it's working fine. I just went to Google Play asked it to install it on my tablet and after installation it worked.

Same problem here. Can't get any games. I do not seem to have google play.
Google play won’t help iOS users with iPads like myself. If your iOS device is old and it’s operating system is older the ios11, there is a problem.
My confusion is that it’s suddenly happened in the last day or so to multiple people. The question is :
Does this render our devices useless (as they can’t be updated) or is it a glitch in chess.com ?

I don't want to uninstall the app as I'd loose it forever due to my old operating system, the App Store only accommodated iOS 11 or later. Other than buying a new iPad, I can't see a solution.
Or, is it a temporay glitch from chess.com
