Can't get in, lost in the wilderness, don't know why.

I cannot play live chess, everytime I click on it, the message 'You have been kicked from Live Chess - [OK]' comes up and it reroutes to my profile.

I have not been offensive in any sense. My behaviour is limited to playing chess, essentially, until today when I couldn't find the button for the 'full board' feature... It seemed to have disappeared from the screen entirely and the board was much smaller than I've ever seen it. I don't know why - so I asked a question about this in the help & support chat room, which I had never been to before, meanwhile I figured out what the problem was - and so I said so in the chat room and to 'ignore my previous utterance...' or something to that effect. Then I was told that I had been muted for sixty seconds. Then within the next twenty seconds, without saying anything further - I was kicked and I have remained so since then. It's been nine hours or so. I've logged-out, logged back in - went out, saw a play... came back... tried again, cooked dinner, tried again - still every time I click on Live Chess the message pops up - "You have been kicked from Live Chess" and I can't get in. It's all rather confusing, really... And somewhat distressing. Especially when I want to play chess. Which is often...

An idea on how to rectify the situation would be much appreciated.

The usual reason someone is kicked is bad language.  If you're sure that isn't the case, then you need to file a support "ticket".  Click on "help & support" which will take you to a another page where you can click on "contact support".   Don't know what happens then because I've never done it but I assume you plead your case and see what happens.  This forum is visited by staff, but I think you really need to file a ticket to get action.  Best of luck.

Thank-you - and yes I am certain I did not use bad language. None at all, I have only ever been cordial.

And the most outrageous thing I've said during a game is 'whoops' when I've lost my queen or something.

Whoopsing on a family site?

I'm outraged :)
