Can't get into my original account

Sort:
MrAWD2

I logged in with my new account that was created with my email address and when I did a search  with user name that I always use (MrAWD that is), I found that I already have account with that name. It is registered to my name and my address. This is the reply I got:
As you can see I am logged in with the second account which is MrAWD2, but my original account is just MrAWD. I tried to login there, but it is not letting me. When I tried to reset the password it is telling me that account doesn't have an email.

So, how do I get back into my original account that was created back in 2008?

Thanks!

You can open a ticket with support but you'll probably need to open the ticket with the email associated with that account. If you no longer have access to that email you most likely won't be able to get access to it

Did you notice that MrAWD hasn't logged in for more than 15 years?

That was my account that was created back in days, but I have not used it for a long time. Now that I am back on Chess.com, I would like to use it again, but I can't get in any more. It looks like things have changed and perhaps different authentication is now used. Yet, it should have been the same email. Now I am using a different one, but it would be nice to get that original one back
