cant get the site to work for me

Hi all,  the last few days, everytime I try to do the daily puzzle, it loads with errors on page, and won't finish loading.  Same with tactics trainer and playing live chess.  Any ideas?

need to clear you browser cache - perhaps your browser has incomplete files. go to the daily puzzle and hit control+f5 on your keyboard. that should work. if not, see if there are any browser plugins or anything that you installed recently that change your internet connection.

Hi, Ctrl - f5 works, but I'm having to do it everytime I try the puzzle or tactics trainer.  Can I set something in my browser to fix this?  I use Internet explorer.
