You log in and don't see a Play option in the menu?
yes exactly, the colum of icons usually at the left off de screen does not show up

You might try clearing your browser cache.
If that doesn't help, check your browser zoom level.
For people who don't know how to log in back press sign in and then at ur left at the top u will see a log in sign press it enter ur username then password and u will be taken to ur account hope this help
Mine won’t let me “verify my connection” even though the Wi-Fi is perfectly fine. Therefore, I can’t access my account. I need help.
What do mean exactly?
It says that “we need to verify your connection” when I try to use my google account to log back in, and I don’t remember my password so I can’t do that either.
