You don't know your Google password? If not there's likely nothing you're going to be able to do.
You should contact Support using the option in the menu and the maybe able to assist you

First off, I’m on an iPad s I don’t think the contact support will work, second off, I didn’t think it was the google password I’m going to go check that rq

Hello I can no longer play chess because since a few days the icon Play does not appear on the opening page. And the Help Service has not been helpful. Any idea anyone ?

You might try clearing your browser cache.
If that doesn't help, check your browser zoom level.
My id had get ban for 15 days I also tried from email but saying error RG45

For people who don't know how to log in back press sign in and then at ur left at the top u will see a log in sign press it enter ur username then password and u will be taken to ur account hope this help
Hello, one of my friends has had trouble logging into 2 of his accounts on his phone and has not been able to make a new account either. He has checked for updated IOS versions, any chess.com updates, and he even deleted and reinstalled the app to clear the cache. He hasn’t played in about a month. If anyone has any ideas or possible fixes I would appreciate it.
Mine won’t let me “verify my connection” even though the Wi-Fi is perfectly fine. Therefore, I can’t access my account. I need help.
What do mean exactly?
It says that “we need to verify your connection” when I try to use my google account to log back in, and I don’t remember my password so I can’t do that either.
