It works fine for me in Chrome. You must have some setting changed.

I had the same problem. Go to Settings/Tools/Extensions and disable all.
In my case the bad extension was ISO Buster
Somehow you may have javascript disabled. This is usually caused by a firewall, or anti-malware software.
Does anyone know why I cant move chess pieces on any board in chess.com but I can in explorer?
