Can't purchase membership and no response from support

Hi,

I've tried to purchase a chess.com Platinum membership and tried to pay with PayPal, I've tried a few times and each time I'm clicking to pay it sends me back to the chess.com website showing a red banner with an error saying to contact support.
Tried different browsers and disabled AdBlocker, nothing really changed.

I've contacted support 6 days ago, and still no response.

Billing support has a backlog of tickets and should reply, but it may take a little while longer.

Have you received a reply? I have the exact same issue as you and have not heard back from support yet. (4 days)

I have received a reply, and I've paid directly with PayPal (after they've sent me a payment request), though it's been 2 days since I've paid and still my membership haven't been upgraded.
