Can't resign

Don't you think that the support people  need a little bit more information?

I have had this problem a couple of times myself. I trid to resign a game, but no matter how many times i clicked the "resign" button, it would not resign...But i dont think this is a big problem, and it will surely be fixed when the new live chess is launched.

which game? maybe you were disconnected temporarily? more info please? i'm assuming this is live chess?

I have had a few games were the resign button was not working. there was a little red circle with a white x on the resign key.  someone told me that since I was the one who made the game it was my selection.  I cannot find any such option though.  I have been following this and it is not in every game, but it does seem to be unrelated to disconnects.

Using Ipad II, I can't resign games even though I want to...or they check mate me with time on both clocks, with full wifi, yet I'm stuck...having to reset my Ipad completely!!.
