Can't screenshot on Android

During games I'm unable to screenshot the chat which I find unusual. A message will appear saying something like.. Action unavailable due to sensitive information. Meanwhile Devs have asked me to provide screenshots of chat. Is this a bug? Is this happening to anyone else?

It's not a bug on the app for that to happen.
