Can't see (all of) the videos

There is a video right now on the home page, GM Delchek about the Scotch game.

It runs about 1:15 and then wants me to upgrade to a premium membership.

But I have a premium membership. Under "manage your account" somewhere it says, "Your Platinum Membership will expire on May 2, 2020." 

What gives?

To watch videos you need to have a diamond membership.

IMBacon is correct. Videos are diamond only. If you choose to upgrade to diamond, we would apply what you've already put toward platinum for diamond so you are not out anything.

There are some free videos.

I have upgraded to diamond but am still not able to watch videos. What gives?
