Can't see pieces in one match

For some reason I can no longer see the pieces in the game below.

I've tried with both IE and Firefox.  The pieces are showing fine in all of my other games.

I couldnt see them either..

but when i click one of the arrows (the arrows to make the move go back or forward etc..)

then i see it..

yeah... I get the same result however... the last move that shows is the move I made yet... the game insists it's my turn.

This was the response I recieved on the ticket I opened regarding this issue.  Now.... why would I need to clear my cache when other people are seeing the same issue AND I've tried it in multiple browsers AND it's only occuring on one single game?  As a premium member I'd really like a better answer than a boiler plate response.  Now I'm in danger of this tournament game timing out because of someone not bothering to do any investigation.
