Can't start a match

Hi
Can someone please explain why can't I start a chess game? I tired 3 times to play a regular 15 | 10 rapid game with a random player but it says "you can't start a match". Has anyone else bump into this kind of issue? Is it fixable on my own or should I contact support?

Is the process saying you're not allowed to start a match?. If so, and it's one of the apps, then some old versions of the app no longer support random pool play. Tournaments still work, for now, and all other app features still are available.
I do have an old phone and an old version of the app so that's why it wasn't working... Thank you so much, I'll play from my computer next time
