cant start a new game

i have challenged many players and not recieved answers yet    now when i click on new game my reply is that i have reached too many open seeks  what now?/.?

I would cancel some of the challenges you currently have open and challenge other people instead.

Try to join group membership... they have plenty of activities including games/matches to join that you no longer to challenge anybody. 

Keep the min-rating fairly low and you'llm be able to get players. I hade the same problem.

I have a weird thing that when i try joining a game, it begins searching for an opponent but it doesnt give me one, and when i press cancel, nothing happens, it keeps searching. Its been like this for like 2 months already. Ive tried playing from a different browser but it doesnt work. Ive tried everything, but nothing works. I can only play if i join tournaments. Does anyone know how to fix this? 

I have the same problem (or at least similar). When I try to start a new game it searches for an oponent but it never finds one. Use android app on phone /tablet. Tried two devices and reinstalling app. Only way to start a game is if I log out and play as a guest, then it works. Haven't been able to play a game using my account in three days now. Except for a couple of daily games were a friend invited me.

Try using the Custom Game option and explicitly set the rating ranges.

I had this problem and it was a new account. I solved it by inviting my friend to a game. After that everything was back to normal.
