Isn't that free trial only if you elect to try it within the first ten days of log-in? Either way, I'd write cc a ticket with all the info they request in the form and see if support could push it through manually server side.

Don't know what happened, but I got it. Guess time needed to fix it =)
After adding all my info correctly, I click the Star My Free Trial, the web page does something and then goes blank with DONE in the bottom left.
What am I doing wrong?
