When you are setting up a game, you can choose if you want a standard game or a variant.  If you are setting up another game, just click that dropdown box again to bring up the choices .

You need to use a browser to post screenshots.

 

On Android you just change the game Type by tapping that section. I can post a screenshot but I'm on version 4.x; what version are you on?
