In live chess, click Settings at the top of the screen, then go to the Play tab and put the rating range you want. For online chess go here:

How do I change my seek parameters? I keep getting paired with -190 rated players .I've looked at settings but there doesn't seem to be an option. I think some time ago I got a prompt option for fast pairing and mistakenly clicked 'yes'.
