Finish enough games without abandonment. You could also open a ticket. If staff determines the problem is due to the site they can reset that I think.

There is also an autofilter in Live Chess Chat, and if it detects what it deems to be profanity, it will issue a warning: if it detects a second profanity, it will apply a 30 minute mute. The two phrases you used within 30 seconds of one another has triggered this action.
If the autofilter deems the profanity in the mid range, it does not give a warning but applies the mute straight away - this is what happened on January 31st, when you used two profanities in the one message.
If after the initial 30 minute mute expires you use the same sort of language again, the autofilter will automatically apply a 60 minute mute. If the autofilter deems the profanity serious enough or if you continue to use those sort of phrases despite previous mutes, it will kick you out of Live Chess altogether and not let you back in for 30 minutes, 60 minutes, etc.
Please don't use profanity, even if provoked - instead, follow the instructions in the FAQ.
When writing a support ticket, you need to give it a valid email address - not your account name (that goes into a separate field), but email address.
