if you aren't cheating, then I don't think that you will get banned. Plus, that dude is probably some small creater who doesn't even have anyone in discord. If their discord is reasonable, then hopefully they won't report you

What does that have to do with anything? It doesn't matter how popular someone is on discord or anywhere. Cheating accusations are not decided by vote of the people. This whole topic is utterly ridiculous.
