When the page opens, on the left side panel click where it says Contact Us
This then allows you to submit a ticket reporting the person[s] to staff to check for you.
That's lag, not cheating. Do a "search the forums" (box in upper right corner) and you will see many previous discussions of this problem.

Man, 5 minutes is such a long time. Can't imagine enjoying long game like that.

to whom it may concern, when i play blitz (1min game) most of my opponents dont move for several seconds, the suddenly their time is more and mine less, why is this? most times their 'lag' icon flashes and then they get more time!!! in my eyes this is cheating!!!! because at the end of the day its a 1 minute game, and if my opponent gets more time, its not fair
