Checkmate but game still on

I won by checkmate but game still says "My Move".

I used conditional moves to win the game.

This game is fixed.

I just realized I'm also seeing the wrong ratings for people now. In my game with Rokade (http://www.chess.com/echess/game.html?id=29256627) it says his rating is 1451, however on his page (http://www.chess.com/echess/profile/rokade) if you look at his most recent game it says his rating is 1876, which is what it should be.

This game is also fixed. If anyone else has an issue with a "stuck checkmate" like this, please send us a ticket. Thanks.

Try eating the King. Then try moving the pieces. If all else fails contact the staff.

that was the first thing i tried. it doesn't work. the staff has to fix it.
