chess app in not wotking

Hi, i am trying to play chess on my Android tab (version 2.3.4, model v9c) , app works fine till the board of online play appears. After that, the apponent can not see moves that i make and if i am playing black i can not see his move updates. pls help. Is there any thing that u can help? Thanks in advance
