chess app on android won't sign me in

hey there, on my android, the mobile app asked me to re-sign in ... and now it is not accepting my credentials ... i've signed out and back in on my laptop and i'm getting my username and password correct ... can someone help me out?

i solved my problem by uninstalling the app and reinstalling it
