Same issue. Back to the game after many years and have been playing intermediate bots and can no longer come very close to winning. I thought I had hit a wall, or was just getting worse. Even 600 Jimmy is very strong now!

i Just recorded a bug on the match. The pawn Just moved through my diagonal and my defensive pawn vanish with no explanation.

I was literally losing my mind. Glad I finally looked it up. I wonder what Elo these bots are truly at.
I'm guessing they're working on fixing this?
It's funny, because this seems to have cropped up at the same time I decided to use the bots to practice the Danish gambit. I found that 1200 rated Elena will often allow the gambit, so I was repeatedly playing her for practice, but my record was like 1 win, 2 draws, and a ton of losses. Usually 1200 wouldn't be too tough for me, and I regularly beat higher rated bots. But I just kept thinking "wow, I am terrible at the Danish gambit." Tried it on the desktop browser and won 3 in a row lol.
Same here, was close to jump out of the window (first floor) lost 13 times against 250 and had very mad constitiution for 2 days now.. than played online on pc and of course crushed them... this has been a negligent physical injury to me ... sounds funny, was not!

Hi, i have the same problem.
For example i'm just trying now to doublecheck again and yes it is still broken on my andoid (i have a Galaxy A50).
I just played like 10 times MARTIN (250) and i lost every game except the last where i playied anti-engine-like and i managed to draw it... now i don't think this is how the bot is supposed to be at 250 because i'm 1200 blitz and 1400 bullet (just for reference) so i should be able to beat the first bot i guess XD
Is there anyway fo fix this?

Go to the Play Store and check for Updates. The newest version should be available today.
When I look at the Play Store, the lastest update is Feb 26.

It's been fixed. The beta has been on Play for a few days now and the live should be pushed shortly.

Yes Feb 26 is v4.2.7 with the normal bots that just today became available for production Update today. (It has been available in Beta for the last few days.)
