I see this has happened in online chess. What device are you using? Smartphones? PC?
If it's a pc, make sure you have the latest versions of modern browsers such as Chrome or Firefox, and also check if your java is up to date.

i recently started to start to be a member however i found i could not move and my opponent kept makeing his moves and eventually i lost to out of time no one ansered my posts and im still waiting i lost 1 out of 4 to a blunder and and 9 games i lost due to out of time the sad part is i know i had at least 8 and maybe all 9 of the games won i should be sitting with a 12 and 1 record
