The only people who typically get banned unfairly are progedies but that typically relates to kids I think alyreza got banned once
Chess.com banned my wife

Stop saying that they banned her for being a woman who's good at chess. Get over yourself and contact support.
If could been this game https://www.chess.com/game/live/138680330472?username=kmboor&move=60
Ok both with 95% accuracy, and both of them banned, most likely it was that game, and at least one was probably cheating."
All I can say is that anyone that knows anything about chess, computers, etc can take a 30 second look at this game and see that it plainly is not a series of computer moves. This is low level chess, 2100 at best. I think the chess.com stats review thing is a marketting ploy to fool folks into A: thinking that are playing near flawless chess and B: paying for the honor.
possibly, but it is definately that game.

mid game she said there was a banner saying abuse of server and time out for 30 min.
They occasionally restart your server, but that is weird, as @BigChessplayer665 said, you could prob sue if you are sure she didn't cheat.
I am not a lawyer, but I don't think that they would have a valid case, unless if they can show that being banned from Chess.com materially harmed @KmBoor. As far as I understand, chess.com reserves the right to ban you for whatever reason they want., and courts would generally accept that right. Besides, going through the whole process of suing chess.com, is almost certainly not worth the time, effort, or money.

Probably not the other issue is the game wasn't even that good but both of them got banned it's like playing badly in certan way is pretty suspicious sometimes and if both of them played the same level of bad it could be similar.it honestly didn't feel like either of them tried to even win

Even if she was wrongfully banned, I don't think that they would have a case, simply because chess.com is a private company, and they are not obligated to allow you to use their site. They'd have to prove that this ban was discriminatory or something, which would be nigh impossible.

Think about it, his wife is a woman obviously, the owner of chess.com is a man, when there are claims that a man abuses a woman the man is cooked, especially if innocent. That is, if a judge would be silly enough to hear the case.

...I don't think that would work.

Considering how the US politically is rn you could just use a excuse to extort chess.com lol not likely but possible

Just what I'm saying, but she is probably guilty.

what does kramnik think? is this like the rite of passage I heard about of him accusing people who play well

MY wife was banned and she was absolutely not cheating. Chess if a female however and we think chess.com is targeting. At a minimum we want a refund for the hassle of this and better reinstatement with an apology. If anyone cares they can see the games and plainly this is not a computer user. This appears to be an absurd ban for apparently committing the crime of being female and good at chess. She has received plenty of toxic messages and aborted games. It is really sad that this still is what the chess world has to offer in 2025. FIX it chess.com. Crazy that you are targeting someone (again not the first time you have done this to women players) who has proven herself winning FIDE online events and no cheating history.
She wins online events, what about in person?

Kevinverse vs. KmBoor | Analysis - Chess.com could also be this one.
I feel like in both of those games, @KmBoor didn't do anything too crazy. At the very least, I think that I could find those moves in a rapid game. Banning someone for just those two games, in my opinion, would be overkill. Now, it is certainly possible that she cheated subtly over the course of many games, but that cannot be trivially proven on a chess.com forum.

They only have to cheat once

That's kinda what's strange about it it looks too normal even against cheaters :/ you know playing badly enough to where it's suspicious
And it doesn't just mean hanging pieces alot or just playing goofy moves positionally because your bored

In some games Stockfish doesnt do anything too crazy.

Imagine how it feels to coach the most amazing adult talent who suddenly decides to take up chess in her 40s. I have coached thousands of people chess and she does this in one year. One year people. Now take the wonder and awe of that and compound it with severe social anxiety and me having to practically beg her to go to an in-person chess club....and now she thinks her name is ruined. But I do my best to explain that it is not her...the chess world is over crowded with toxic back bitting nits and midwits that do everything in their power to mock, degrade, and keep you down.
