Chess.com changed my PW and the recovery mail wont reach my mail.

Hi there, i hope this is the right place to post a report about this but im completely helpless at this point so i try everything. 

the problem: 
all of a sudden, after 10+ years of (most of the time paid) membership i could not log in to chess.com 2 weeks ago. the button i saw was: 

"The password you entered may have been correct previously, but is no longer valid because it has been reset by Chess.com (Why?)" and the option to get a new password. 

i tried it several times but nothing happened. of course i checked the spamfolder etc. but nothing in there. i wrote 2 support tickets, funny thing is - both of them recieved a "thank you for contacting our support" mail within 5 seconds so i guess the mail is working after all but that was it. no response to the problem in any way. no help. 

i created this account just to be able to post in the forum (and play a couple of matches in the waiting time) but i would love to be able to use my main account again. 

Help me, Chess.com. You are my only hope.

Support had been getting a lot of tickets and may take some time to get to yours.
