It's that kind of attitude that allows chess.com to persist in its sordid ways! If the site did cheat this gentleman, it should apologize and restore his ratings to what they rightfully should be.
I don't see any time you've been rated 897 in the last few weeks.
I just played a game and suddenly the game disappears 9 moves in. I kept clicking on live chess but my previous game kept popping up. After a few minutes to my game archive and it said I lost after 9 moves. in an even position. I tried to contact support but I just kept getting sent to faqs. I don't know what happened there.
Ok look now my account has been flagged for potentially suspicious play.
