I do not why when I try to enter the daily tournaments I enter them and I should be respecting the rating requirements (also when it tells in the description that they would otherwise change me into the tournament adapted to my rating) but after the tournament starts it kicks me out saying that I no longer enter in the rating bracket. I do not understand why this happens and therefore how to join such tournaments

In official chess.com tournaments i think it shouldn't be a problem. You'll redirected in your new rating range, and playing in your new level, but not out completely. If that happens, you're so unfortunate, that not usually occur as far i know.
