Chess.com free subscription scammed me out of my Christmas money

The site is pretty well inundated with tickets at the moment, so it might take a while longer before you receive a reply.

The problem was fixed and my money was refunded. It just took a serious amount of time for the customer service representative to reach out and respond to my problem.
I clicked the free subscription button and they changed me the 99 dollars for the yearly subscription. I submitted a ticket almost a week ago and have yet to recieve a response. I am considering legal action. For your own sake, avoid the free trial. It charges you immediately as if you had opted in for the actual subscription.
