Chess.com Glitches with updating the clock

I was playing a game on blitz and for me it appeared that my opponent was stalling the clock out because my time was frozen and my opponent’s time was running. I watched until it got to zero seconds but then suddenly, my opponent had 2:41 on his clock and I had 0 seconds on my clock. I played another game and the same happened. Being a platinum member, I am very disappointed about the quality of the games. Please try to fix it as soon as possible and give me back the rating points I lost. Last time, when I played a cheater, I received the rating points after like 6 months. I don’t want this kind of thing happening one more time, I hope you are clear on that.

Generally that happens when you get disconnected from the live server.

This has happened to me multiple times now. I’m waiting for my opponent to move and yet I loose the game from time out? This has happened too many times and it’s really annoying me. Chess.com needs to fix this asap. This never used to happen and I haven’t changed my WiFi or data plan, this is a disruption from chess.com

Same thing is happening to me, 3-4 times now.

what’s going on with the clock? I’m up minutes and my opponent clock ticking. Then I’m at zero and he wins. I’ve lost half a dozen games line this the past week. 

clock being funny. If not fixed I’m leaving the app.

There was a bug identified with recent version of the iOS app that impacts some games. Staff have pushed a fix in version 4.7.17 that is rolling out now and should be available to you soon, if it isn't already, if you check for updates.

This is happening to me frequently, I'm on iOS 4.7.27 (13117) , I'm a gold member.
