What is that ?i want to log in at somewhere else but it says access to chess.com is blocked at you location???but on other device is no problem

If the message is coming from the site, it is possible the site blocked the IP due to some kind of abuse.

 

You can open a ticket to see for sure.

https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/emails/new

 

You'll need to provide the IP from that location too.

the same problem is happening to me. the only thing i did was play on the chess.com app on the Ipad.
