If the process doesn't accept your card then there's either a problem with your input, the card issue is rejecting it, or the payment method is not supported.
You can Open a ticket with Support directly, using the option in the menu. Be sure to choose the billing related option.
It's unlikely they'll get to you today, but if they can support your payment method then they may still be able to honor the discount offer.
