Chess.com Nerfed reporting?

I was going to report two users for account sharing, but when I went to report, it only gave me the brief version where you just click their profile and hit report, but I remember you used to be able to give a long-form report with details of the offense and it would get sent straight to support team, but I was given a very unhelpful chatbot.
Does anyone know if you can still give long-form reports? if so can you send me the link to where I can long form report?

If you need to provide additional details you can report using the Help option in the menu

You can get it to contact staff. Try using that as your chat prompt.
