Chess.com Servers - Rating Refunds?

I've been playing a decent bit of 10+0 rapid lately. In one of my games, I encountered multiple bouts of server issues. The first one lasted two minutes, dropping my time from 3 minutes to 1 minute, and the second caused me to time out. My Wi-Fi connection is strong and I didn't receive a notice that it had disconnected as I do when it's on my end. I was using the chess.com app without any issues up to this point.

Is it possible that I could have a rating refund for this game? I was doing well for a large portion of it, including the final position. At 2300, every rating point lost can feel like a liter of blood grin

Refunds for connection issues are not usually provided unless they are caused by site wide issues. I'm not aware of any recent server issues.

You could contact Support directly using the option in the menu to double check.

Thank you for your response. I tried using support, but I can't get an actual helper to chat with, only the AI bot. Perhaps I'm missing something.

Had a missing word in my first reply. Should have said they do not offer point refunds.

You should be able to get a response. If the support tool doesn't offer to transfer, try something like contact an agent
