You need to shut [removed -- VP] up little man. When a customer pays for a service and has to wait 3 days without any information whatsoever from the provider then maybe he is just right to be mad.

Would be great thank you, I also wrote to customer support but I received no answer about it. I shall wait until tomorrow, if by then nothing happens then Id have nothing else to do but to cancel my payments and membership and switch to lichess or an alternative

Its been three days since I bought premium membership from the chess.com app, but I am STILL a basic member which means I get multiple stupid ads asking me to become premium when I already PAID the premium membership through my phone (payment CONFIRMED by apple and bank). I cannot have any decent analysis for anything, any feature or anything whatsoever, knowing that I PAID for this services. I wrote to chess.com support three days ago as well and I still have no answer.
