chess.com still full of bugs

I have reported this issue previously without any response.

After a game if I select my opponents details the details box comes up on screen greyed out and chess.com completely locks up preventing me from selecting anything . 

I have to close and reopen chess.com to get back in. 

Hmm, it looks like you are using Opera.

Opera probably offers advantages and disadvantages. This would seem to be one of the disadvantages.

The link works great on a Chrome browser.

Is that Windows 7 on screenshot?

yes I use Windows 7 and Opera but I seriously doubt that Opera is the reason as this function was working perfectly up until a few weeks ago.

Last year chess.com in their wisdom withdrew the option for me to view opponents history and recent games etc before accepting a game. They claimed that I had aborted too many games . How else are you supposed to limit all the cheaters on rapid ?)

Anyway chess.com withdrew those options suddenly for a period of 6 months without discussion or warning . Subsequently it was reinstated after 6 months again without comment or explanation...thats how they treat Platinum members .

So now not only am I unable to view opponents recent game history before accepting a game I also am unable to do so after finishing a game .!....

There was a recent change in how popups work. Islts very possible your version of Opera doesn't support the update.
