Chess.com store free shipping to Canada forcing Fedex?

I'm trying to buy a Chronos, Tournament chess set with bag, scorebook, and official chess rules with the new correspondence updates. When I go to check out and pay, my only shipping options are FedEx even though my cart informs me that I'm eligible for free ground shipping, my cart total is over $200CAD. I've removed the books, individually and collectively, and still have no free shipping option. Is there something I've missed here? I emailed support the other day, but they haven't responded yet.

edit: I forgot to mention that I am in Canada, one of the 137 countries stated as having free shipping.

I was hoping to save money on this purchase, so calling Alabama from Ontario didn't seem like an ideal course of action before posing the question to the community to see if anyone knew why this was happening, but I suppose I may as well give it a go, thanks.
